Waypoint Mobile Notary uses transparent pricing so you know what to expect before your appointment. Mobile appointments include a mobile service fee, plus applicable notarial fees and any travel or pass-through costs that apply.
Remote online notarization is priced separately.
Base Mobile Service Fee

Includes travel within 15 miles of West Sand Lake, NY 12196 and up to 30 minutes of appointment time.

After-Hours Service
$25
Applies to appointments outside standard business hours.
Standard hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM; Sat 9 AM–3 PM. Sunday by request.
After-hours fee is added to the applicable mobile service and notarial fees.
Parking, Tolls and Facility Fees
Any parking, tolls, or facility/entrance fees are added at actual cost when applicable.
Extended-Distance Requests
Appointments beyond 40 miles are quoted individually based on location and travel requirements.
Convenience Printing
$0.25/page B&W • $0.50/page color — small document sets only; not for loan packages or high-volume printing.
Extended Appointment Time
The $50 mobile service fee includes up to 30 minutes of appointment time. For appointments requiring additional time, an extended appointment fee may apply.
Remote Online Notarization
$25

Secure remote online notarization for eligible documents using an approved electronic notarization platform.
No travel or mobile service fee applies to remote online appointments.
Total session cost may vary based on the number of notarial acts, signers, and applicable platform requirements. Final charges will be shown before the session.
Eligibility and receiving-party requirements should be confirmed before the appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. No payment is collected when an appointment request is submitted online.
