Service Description
In-person Form I-9 Authorized Representative service for employers with remote or off-site employees. Includes review of employer instructions, physical examination of acceptable documents, and completion of Section 2 or the employer’s electronic workflow when applicable. This is not a notarization. No notary stamp or seal is used.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule online up to 2 hours before the appointment. For changes after that time, please call or text Waypoint directly. Cancellations made before travel begins are generally not subject to a fee. If travel has already begun or the appointment cannot proceed after arrival, the applicable mobile service fee and any travel or pass-through costs already incurred may apply. The first 15 minutes of wait time are included; additional wait time is $15 per 15-minute increment, or portion thereof, when scheduling permits. Fees may be waived at Waypoint’s discretion for circumstances beyond the client’s control.
